Israeli families already coordinate their lives through WhatsApp groups. Every shopping trip starts with a screenshot of a chat. Every reminder is a message someone will forget. I wanted to fix that without asking anyone to download another app.
Kukui lives inside WhatsApp. Send it a message in natural Hebrew — “add milk and eggs to the shopping list”, “remind me at 3pm to pick up the kids”, “what’s on the calendar this week?” — and it handles the rest. Under the hood it’s Next.js, Supabase for persistence, and the Anthropic API for natural language understanding. No onboarding screen, no new habits to build, no app store required.
