Operations teams that depend on weather don’t ask “what’s the weather today?” They ask: “which of my locations are at risk this week, and what do I need to do about it?”
Weather data answers the first question. Weather risk intelligence answers the second. An operations manager watching 50+ sites across a supply chain needs to know which locations cross actionable risk thresholds — not raw precipitation values. My proposal: an enhanced dashboard with per-location risk scoring (Critical / High / Medium / Low), alert prioritization that separates what needs action from what’s just informational, and a map view that surfaces regional clustering at a glance. Built in vanilla JS with Leaflet for the map layer.
